Job Checker — Privacy

Job Checker is a browser extension published by Moran Graphics, Inc., doing business as AlphaGraphics Chicago Loop, for use by our own staff. This franchise is independently owned and operated, and this extension is our own tool — it is not a product of the franchisor. It has no user account and no sign-in of its own.

What it handles

When you press its button on a PrintSpeak order page, the extension reads that page's order number and its two download links, then downloads the order's invoice and job ticket using the PrintSpeak session already open in your browser. Those documents may contain a customer's name and address.

Where that goes

The two documents are sent to one place: the production-checking server whose address you enter in the extension's settings, on your own network. They are not sent anywhere else. Moran Graphics, Inc. does not receive them through this extension, and no third party — including the franchisor — receives them at all.

What it stores

Two settings you type in — your server's address and an optional access code for it. These are kept in your own Chrome profile and sync through Chrome if you have sync switched on. The extension stores nothing else, and never stores or asks for your PrintSpeak password.

What it does not do

No analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no third parties. Nothing is sold or shared.

Use of information received from Google APIs and from pages the extension runs on adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
